Swedish maritime archaeologists have discovered the long-lost sister vessel of the iconic 69-meter 17th-century warship "Vesa", which sank on its maiden voyage in 1628. Launched the following year, the "Äpplet" (Apple) was constructed by the same shipbuilder as the famed Vesa, which is now on display in Stockholm after being salvaged in the 1960s.
