Donetsk governor claims Russian strikes on Bakhmut kill 7

Russian strikes on the eastern Ukrainian city of Bakhmut killed seven people on Tuesday, Donetsk Regional Governor Pavlo Kyrylenko claimed via Telegram.
There has been no Russian response to the allegation.
