The Communist Party of China's (CPC) people-centered development philosophy is charting a course for China's high-quality growth and the common development of all nations through win-win cooperation, former Ethiopian President Mulatu Teshome Wirtu said. Educated in China, Wirtu served as Ethiopia's president between 2013 and 2018. He also said that the CPC has played a central role in China's economic development.
