The main structure of the Nansan Island Bridge, which connects two islands in China's Guangdong Province, has been successfully completed on October 23. The bridge stretches for 560 meters, including the 300-meter-long main span. It will be a key part of the outer ring expressway along the southeast coast of Zhanjiang, which is home to almost 7 million people. Once complete, the new route will improve commuting times and further contribute to island tourism development.
