The UK now has a third prime minister in just a matter of weeks. Rishi Sunak received an official mandate from King Charles on Tuesday. Rong Ying, vice president of the China Institute of International Studies, says Brexit, the COVID-19 pandemic and the ongoing Russia-Ukraine conflict all make the UK's economic crisis – the most difficult task for the new prime minister – "very difficult to fix."
