The potential for conflict in the world remains very high, Russian President Vladimir Putin noted on Wednesday in his statement at a meeting with the heads of law enforcement agencies and special services of the CIS countries.
The world is becoming multipolar, he said, but some are trying to "preserve their tottering hegemony."
