Russia notifies U.S. regarding 'routine annual' nuclear drills

The U.S. government disclosed on Tuesday that it has been notified regarding Russia's plans to conduct annual exercises of its nuclear forces.
"The U.S. was notified, and, as we've highlighted before, this is a routine annual exercise by Russia," Air Force spokesman Brigadier General Patrick Ryder told a news briefing.
