Nalgae, the 22nd typhoon of 2022, formed at 8:00 am Thursday in the ocean east of the Philippines. According to Weather China, the online weather service of the China Meteorological Administration, Nalgae is currently moving west by north and is expected to strengthen into a severe typhoon.
