Japan on Friday announced a comprehensive economic stimulus package worth of 39 trillion yen to address the impact of high prices and a weak yen, Kyodo News reported.
The package includes measures to ease the burden of electricity bills on households and businesses.
Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida told reporters on Friday that the government will push down Japan's Consumer Price Inflation (CPI) by 1.2 percent or more.
