Finland's TVO, a nuclear power operator, said cracks of a few centimeters have been identified in all four of Olkiluoto 3 nuclear reactor’s feedwater pumps, according to Reuters.

The root cause of the cracks is still unknown, TVO said, adding that the possible schedule impact will be communicated as soon as the results are available.
