In this year's Valdai Discussion Club held in Moscow October 24-27, Russian President Vladimir Putin answered questions about Russian-Chinese relations. He said that the Russia-China relations have been propelled to a whole new level in the past decade, and he is confident that the relations are going to forge ahead based upon the solid foundations.
