Russian President Vladimir Putin denied having any intentions of using nuclear weapons in Ukraine at this year's Valdai Discussion Club on October 27. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy earlier said in an interview that he believes the situation on the battlefield will not influence Russia's decision on using nuclear weapons.
