Filipino 'Skipman' sets 2nd Guinness World Record
00:22

35-year-old Filipino Ryan Alonzo has set his second Guinness World Record after completing 3,731 consecutive skipping rope crossovers, in which he quickly shifts his arms from side to side during each jump. Alonzo set his first Guinness World Record in 2021 by performing 40,980 double-under skips in 12 hours by moving the rope around his body twice during each jump. He credited marathon training with providing the endurance that was the common denominator in setting both records and helping him prepare mentally.
