U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken held phone talks on Saturday with his Indian counterpart Subrahmanyam Jaishankar and discussed "regional and global issues," including the Russia-Ukraine conflict, the State Department said.
Jaishankar will visit Russia on November 8, the Russian embassy in India said on Thursday.
