South Korean President Yoon Suk-yeol has convened two emergency meetings and the investigation into the Halloween crowd surge on Saturday at Itaewon, Seoul has started. President Yoon declared a national mourning period for the victims from Sunday through November 5. The death toll from the Halloween stampede has climbed to 151. A further 82 people were injured, some of whom are in critical condition.
