Russia told the UN chief in a letter that it's pulling out of the Black Sea grain deal indefinitely after what it said was a major Ukrainian drone attack on its fleet in Crimea. Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskyy called the pullout "nonsensical" and appealed for a strong international response. The UN said it's in contact with Russia about the situation.
