The United Nations, Türkiye and Ukraine are pressing ahead to implement a Black Sea grain deal with a transit plan in place for 16 ships on October 31. This comes after Russia suspended its participation in the pact after claiming Ukraine had attacked one of its Black Sea fleet. Moscow says it can no longer guarantee the safety of civilian cargo ships.
