Chinese President Xi Jinping, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, will present the Friendship Medal of the People's Republic of China (PRC) to Vietnam's communist party chief Nguyen Phu Trong at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing on Monday.
