Marc Hubsch took office as Luxembourg's ambassador to China in 2017. Since then, he has visited many places in China to learn about China's development. He believes that the report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, which lays out a blueprint for China's development over the next five years, is a very important strategic document. He expressed his appreciation for the report's emphasis on sustainable and high-quality development, especially the desire to "work actively and prudently toward the goals of reaching peak carbon emissions and carbon neutrality."
