The death toll from tropical storm Nalgae has risen to 132 in the Philippines, the Office of Civil Defense said on Tuesday.
Nalgae, one of the most destructive cyclones to have battered the Philippines, triggered flash floods and landslides in many parts of the Southeast Asian country over the weekend.
Earlier in the day, the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council tallied 110 fatalities.
The agency said 101 people were injured and 33 were reported missing due to the storm, which has affected over 2.4 million people.
Nalgae, which made landfall five times, exited the Philippine Area of Responsibility at 12:10 p.m. Monday.
It was the 16th tropical cyclone to lash the Philippines this year.
