Russian President Vladimir Putin told a press briefing on Monday that Russian gas giant Gazprom has the right to examine the Nord Stream explosion sites, after CEO Alexei Miller had briefed him earlier in the day about the company's inspection, which found two 3.5-meter craters.
"So this is an obvious terrorist attack. And it's hard for us to control it. Because it's still in the special economic zones of Denmark and Sweden, then further Germany," Putin said.
