Russian President Vladimir Putin says Russia is not ending its participation in the Black Sea grain deal, but just suspending it. He also said that Russia agreed to the initiative "specifically in the interest of the poorest countries", but suggested that hardly any grain reached the nations that needed it most. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that his country would continue exporting grain from its Black Sea ports, despite Russia's suspension.
