Tropical Storm Nalgae triggered flash floods and landslides in many parts of the Philippines last weekend. The death toll from the storm has risen to 150, the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council said on Thursday, November 3. CGTN Stringer interviewed residents about the damage.
