Bilateral trade between China and Germany has grown in the first three quarters of 2022. And big companies as well as small and medium-sized enterprises have enjoyed the deepening pragmatic cooperation. In the past decades, German businesses have been big beneficiaries of China's reform and opening-up. As of 2021, China had served as Germany's most prominent trading partner for six consecutive years, according to Germany's statistics office. German investment in China hit a record high in the first half of this year, and both sides hope to push pragmatic economic and trade cooperation to provide favorable conditions for companies to invest and operate in different fields.
