Ukrainian forces fired at the Kakhovka hydroelectric power plant from the High Mobility Artillery Rocket Systems (HIMARS), with one rocket hitting the dam, RIA news agency reported on Sunday, citing a representative of the emergency services of the Kherson region.

There has been no response from Ukraine yet.
