Kyiv mayor urges residents to prepare for total blackouts

The mayor of Kyiv, Vitali Klitschko, has warned residents to prepare for having no electricity, water or heat as temperatures drop below freezing due to possible strikes on Ukraine's energy infrastructure.
On Sunday, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said in his nightly video address to the nation that about 4.5 million people were without electricity.
