Concerned voters across the United States are going to the polls to cast their ballots on Tuesday for midterm elections that will determine the makeup of the next United States Congress for the last half of President Joe Biden's first term.
The balance of the U.S. Congress, the leadership of 36 states and thousands of potentially pivotal lower-level positions are on the ballot.
All 435 seats in the U.S. House of Representatives are up for grabs, along with one-third of the 100 Senate seats.
