Ukraine nixes Russia talks before 'restoration of territorial integrity'

Oleksiy Danilov, the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, said on Tuesday that the "main condition" for the resumption of negotiations with Russia is the "restoration of Ukraine's territorial integrity".
Danilov said on Twitter that Ukraine also needs a "guarantee" of modern air defenses, aircraft, tanks and long-range missiles.
