Indian Foreign Minister Subrahmanyam Jaishankar met his Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov in Moscow on Tuesday to discuss prospective energy projects. At a news conference following the meeting, Jaishankar said India will continue to buy Russian oil because it is advantageous for the country. Lavrov said the delegations discussed potential projects on the Arctic Shelf and the Russian Far East, among other subjects.
