The United States, through the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), is providing an additional $25 million to support vulnerable people in Ukraine during the winter, U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Linda Thomas-Greenfield announced on Tuesday during a visit to a collective center in Irpin in Ukraine.
