Cambodia is hosting the 40th and 41st summits of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN). Chinese Premier Li Keqiang is there to meet with ASEAN member states and take part in the 17th East Asia Summit and a meeting of China, Japan, South Korea and ASEAN countries. This is Premier Li's first face-to-face meeting with East Asian leaders since the outbreak of COVID-19.
