German Chancellor Olaf Scholz recently made his first visit to China. It has drawn a lot of global attention. CGTN's Tian Wei speaks to Rudolf Scharping about Scholz's visit to China. He is the former German Federal Minister of Defense and former head of the German Social Democratic Party (SPD). Scharping says that both countries have to manage their differences in a way where partnership and cooperation are possible.
