Russian troops are regrouping on the left bank of the Dnieper

Russian troops are carrying out a maneuver in strict compliance with the approved plan to move to the left bank of the Dnieper River, Russian Defense Ministry said on Thursday in a daily notice.
It came after Russia announced on Wednesday that they would draw back troops to behind the Dnieper River in the Kherson region.
