Putin orders to demobilize students of Donetsk, Luhansk regions

Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered the demobilization of students from the Donetsk and Luhansk regions who were previously called up for military service, RIA news agency reported on Sunday, citing Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov.
