Ukraine claims successful operation to "retake" Kherson

The Ukrainian forces have successfully completed the operation to "retake" Kherson, which began in early September, Valeriy Zaluzhnyi, the Ukrainian army's commander in chief, said on Monday.
There has been no response from Russia yet.
