Chinese State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi met with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov on the sidelines of the G20 Summit on November 15. Wang Yi said China is ready to manage high-level exchanges and communications in all fields with Russia. Lavrov said Russia is willing to maintain high-level communication and expand practical cooperation with China.
