Chinese President Xi Jinping delivered a speech titled "Working Together to Meet the Challenges of Our Times and Build a Better Future" on November 15 at the first session of the 17th summit of the G20. He said the Summit comes at a time of momentous change and all countries should advocate peace, development and win-win cooperation.
