The China Media Group (CMG) celebrated the first anniversary of its Olympic Channel by holding a forum in Beijing. CMG President Shen Haixiong said the Olympic Channel made many high-quality sports and cultural programs under the guidelines from Chinese President Xi Jinping. The Beijing Winter Olympics program this year attracted a global audience of over 2 billion. In a congratulatory letter, International Olympic Committee President Thomas Bach said CMG's programs helped attract more viewers to the Olympic movement and he's looking forward to deepening their further cooperation.
