Polish media say a Russian-made missile has struck Polish territory near its border with Ukraine, killing two people. Polish prime minister Mateusz Morawiecki says the government is investigating and raising its military preparedness. But President Andrzej Duda was more cautious about the missile's origin, saying that officials did not know for sure who fired it or where it was made.
