China's Shenzhou-14 crew embarks on extravehicular mission
02:06

China's Shenzhou-14 spacecraft's crew members conducted its extravehicular activities (EVAs) on November 17.

It's the crew's third EVAs or speacewalk since they began their mission in June. It's also their first spacewalk since the China Space Station completed its T-shaped configuration earlier this month. This spacewalk was conducted by Chen Dong and Cai Xuzhe, while Liu Yang assisted them from inside the space station.

The mission included the installation of the inter-cabin vestibule and an additional booster handle on the small robotic arm.
