Chinese President Xi Jinping and Indonesian President Joko Widodo on Wednesday watched the operational trial of the Jakarta-Bandung High-Speed Railway through video link. The Jakarta-Bandung High-Speed Railway is the first high-speed railway in Indonesia and Southeast Asia. Once put into operation, it will reduce travel time from Jakarta to Bandung from the current more than three hours to 40 minutes.
