EU trade official arrives in Kyiv for financial support talks

European Commission Executive Vice-President Valdis Dombrovskis said he arrived in Kyiv on Friday to discuss the EU's support to Ukraine, "focus on emergency financial support and plans for 2023."
He said he would meet with the Ukrainian president and prime minister.
