The APEC CEO Summit 2022 concluded on Nov. 18. In Friday's forum discussion on "Meeting the World's Food Security Challenge," John Cappuccitti, co-founder of food company Evolved Meats, shared his vision for future food production and consumption. In terms of marketing, he stated that food companies should innovate to generate customer demand. Cappuccitti speculated that while the methods of food production might vary, traditional companies could be pressured to offer higher-quality products in a more competitive market.
