Single working mom Faith is a frequent traveler on the first train departing from Kenya's capital Nairobi to coastal Mombasa, where her daughter lives. Until 2017, Faith's 500 km trip was tedious and dangerous, but then the China-built standard gauge railway was built. Now Faith is just one of 7.8 million passengers whose lives have been changed for the better by this railway.
