French President Emmanuel Macron on Sunday held a phone call with Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Rafael Mariano Grossi over the shellings at the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant over the weekend, French broadcaster BFMTV reported.

The report also said that Macron is due to speak by telephone with the Ukrainian president on Sunday afternoon.
