Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said the negotiations with Pristina held in Brussels were "unsuccessful" and failed to reach agreements on license plates, local media N1 info reported on Monday.
He said that Serbia would listen to the advice of EU High Representative Josep Borrell, who requested Pristina not apply fines to owners of vehicles with Serbian license plates, and that Belgrade not issue new KM plates.
The Belgrade-Pristina Dialogue is a EU-facilitated dialogue aiming to achieve a comprehensive legally-binding normalization agreement between Kosovo and Serbia, the European Union said in a notice.
