Andrew Harper, a special adviser on climate action for the UNHCR, the UN refugee agency, recently received an interview by China Media Group in Egypt, where he attended the 27th Conference of the Parties. He said that 100 million people around the world have been displaced by the overlapping problems of climate and conflict.
