The 18th China International Cartoon and Animation Festival (CICAF) runs from November 24 to 28 in Hangzhou, east China's Zhejiang Province. CICAF 2022 observes a wide range of creative activities both online and offline, such as a cartoon expo, awarding ceremony, exhibitions, cosplay shows, and online livestreams.
