An 84-year-old grandpa has impressed many with his courage, challenging spirit and perseverance among the many skateboarders in southwest China's Chengdu City.
Meet Li Mingqin, a beginner who started to skateboard less than two months ago. It was by accident that he met a group of skateboarders and became interested in it.
"As long as you make sure that you like this sport, then just go and try it, but under professional guidance. When you've been practicing for a certain time, you will be more excellent than before," said Li.
He skateboards for about two hours daily and is recently able to lean more. For him, age is not a limitation to the sports, but what's important is the passion and perseverance.
