European Union ministers warn that time is running out to resolve differences with the U.S. over its subsidy program, set to take effect in January. The bill aims to grant consumer credits for electric vehicles and other green products, as long as they're made in North America. The EU argues the U.S. Inflation Reduction Act could make the U.S. a world leader in the electric vehicle market, at Europe's expense.
